SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our boxes ship between the 1st and 15th of each month, for example April's box ships during 1st - 15th April. You are able to purchase your box at anytime up until that date and afterwards if there is still availability of the box. As we only produce a certain number of boxes each time we encourage you to purchase as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
If you need the box at an alternative date, for example, for a birthday date, please get in contact (email@example.com) and on occasion we may be able to fulfil this request.
We ship via Royal Mail 2nd class delivery and this cost is absorbed into the cost of the box.
We offer international shipping if required but please be aware that additional costs may incur. Please contact us for further details.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are unable to offer refunds or returns on our boxes once they have shipped. Each box is personalised and cannot therefore be reissued. If you have decided to cancel your order before the box is shipped we will be able to offer a refund and cancel the order.
If you have bought a subscription but are not interested in the upcoming theme or have already read the book, please get in contact and you may be able to skip a month (if the deadline has not passed)
We do not offer refunds if you receive a book/item that you aren't interested in.
We can not accept returns, regardless of whether the box has been opened or not.
If you receive a damaged or broken item, please send us a photo of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to ship you a replacement or if unavailable a credit to your account for the damaged goods.
