SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our monthly boxes ship between the 1st and 7th of each month, for example April's box ships during the week 1st - 7th April. You are able to purchase your box at anytime up until that date and afterwards if there is still availability of the box. As we only produce a certain number of boxes each month we encourage you to purchase as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
If you need the box at an alternative date, for example, for a birthday date, please get in contact (email@example.com) and on occasion we may be able to fulfil this request.
We ship via Royal Mail delivery at a standard charge of £3 for each box posted. This is an additional cost added to your order at payment.
We offer international shipping if required but please be aware that additional costs may incur. Please contact us for further details.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you have purchased a box (your card has been charged) and you do not wish to receive the bo that you've paid for, please contact as soon as possible to let us know. We are happy to give refunds for unshipped boxes, but once a box has shipped we can not give refunds.
If you have bought a subscription but are not interested in the upcoming theme, please get in contact and you may be able to skip a month (if the deadline has not passed)
We do not offer refunds if you receive a book/item that you aren't interested in. Please keep an eye on our website and social media accounts where we post info about upcoming themes.
We can not accept returns, regardless of whether the box has been opened or not.
If you receive a damaged item, please send us a photo of the damage to and we will be happy to ship you a replacement!
